I am pleased you will be attending our third annual Staff Institute and look forward to participating in this interactive dialogue with you. After the Andrews Latino Association leads us in worship, you will have the opportunity to hear from our new Director of HR, Darcy De Leon as well as an update from the Staff Senate. Michael Nixon, JD, Vice President for Diversity will be our plenary presenter.
We will join together for a fellowship lunch outside the Howard Performing Arts center and spend the afternoon in breakout sessions specific to your needs as a staff member. These professional development seminars have been designed in consult with the Staff Senate to better serve you in your growth here at Andrews University.
