Position summary
- Administrative support to the admissions director
- Assist students and parents regarding the Physical Therapy programs requirements – undergraduate and graduate
- Counsel and advise students for schedules and registration, including incoming Freshmen
- Evaluate transcripts for prerequisite course fulfillment
- Monitor completion of non-academic requirements
- Collaborate with professors for DPT interviews
- Process and monitor DPT applications and confirmation deposits
- Assist with pre-PT assemblies
- Assist with preview and promotional events
- Assist in training new employees

- Must be a graduate student
- Customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Able to multi-task with frequent interruptions, attention to details
- Able to work as a team member and repsect the scheduled work hours
- Excellent organizational skills, able to focus and learn quickly.
- Would prefer availability for 2 academic years
- Conforms to the University's standards of dress
