Religion—PhD, ThD

The PhD in religion prepares teacher-scholars focused in one field of study (OT, NT, theology, church history or missions) with a cognate in a second area. The ThD, in contrast, is interdisciplinary between two areas of concentration with a cognate as well. Both programs focus on content knowledge, critical thinking skills, scholarly research, publication and teaching ability.
