The Office of Research and Creative Scholarship (ORCS) promotes a culture of integrity and excellence in research and creativity through scholarly inquiry, authentic faithfulness, and meaningful engagement within Andrews University and the wider community.
We support our faculty, staff, and students through the full spectrum of scholarly activity that includes scholarship of discovery, scholarship of integration, scholarship of engagement, and scholarship of teaching and learning. This is done through the awarding of grants, training, conferences, symposia, and other activities that advance the mission of the worldwide Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Andrews University is classified as a Doctoral/Professional University according to the Carnegie Classification.
