Virtual Meeting Room

The JWL provides a Virtual Meeting Room for students and faculty to conduct audio/video, and Zoom meetings. The Room is equipped with a desktop computer, video camera, and a high-quality speaker/microphone.

The Virtual Meeting Room is available on the following days:

• Sunday: 9;00 am – 11:00 pm
• Mon. – Thurs.: 8:00 am – 11:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

Regulations

• The Virtual Meeting Room is not for group usage; individual use only.
• Maximum reservation time is 2 hours.
• Food and drinks are not permitted in the Virtual Meeting Room.
