Rent includes all utilities and washer/dryer use. 2 bathroom house. Pet friendly (with separate fee). Security deposit of $500 required. No smoking or drinking. Both rooms are upstairs and require the same gender (if a woman rents one room, the other room must also be rented by a woman. Likewise with men). Upstairs is comprised of the two small rooms across from each other and nothing else.</p> <p> Must be okay with co-ed - currently one couple renting a single room with cat and dog, and a young man renting another room. All of these people are downstairs. Certain areas are being remodeled, but this does not prevent use of any space. The ages of the three individuals already living there are in their 20s.
