1. Click on the quiz/exam
2. Click the gear in the top right corner and select "User Overrides" 
3. Click "Add user override" 
4. In the search box type in the students name 
5. In the section of "Close the quiz" Change the end date to reflect the extension of time
(Note. Also the amount of time can be adjusted)
