Frequently Asked Question

In order to upload a video from your phone directly to Panopto you would first need to download the Panopto app from your phone's app store. Please see the following link to familiarize yourself with the app: https://support.panopto.com/s/article/How-to-Use-the-Panopto-Mobile-App.

Here are the instructions on uploading your video to your class folder in Panopto.

1. First, go to your default browser and sign in to LearningHub (https://learninghub.andrews.edu)
2. Open the Panopto app and enter your AU email address then click next
3. On the page that follows (Please choose a site), select Andrews University - Michigan
4. It will take you to a login page with the Andrews logo. With 'LearningHub' selected, click on the Sign-in button
5. At this point, you should be signed in. Click on Browse and navigate to the folder where you want to upload the video
6. When you're in that folder, click the plus (add) button and select upload media
7. Navigate to your video on your device and upload it to the folder.
8. Once complete, you can access this video from your computer through Panopto and share it with others
