You can share your portfolio in several ways. However, the easiest method is the Secret URL. This will allow you to create a URL for your chair and dean, which they can use without the need to sign in to Mahara. Please see the instructions to create the link below.

1. Go into your portfolio's edit mode from the top right

2. Next, click on share in the top right

3. Then, click on the New secret URL button to create the link.
ii. Once created, you can share this with anyone who needs access, such as through email.
iii. You can also set a start and end time for the access or delete the URL when you no longer need it. You can also create several URLs with different access dates if desired.
