Information:

Bulk upload questions when you want to build a question bank and you have a lot of questions to put into LearningHub.

Use the following website to create the questions for uploading: https://ed.oc.edu/blackboardquizgenerator/.

How to:

Go to https://ed.oc.edu/blackboardquizgenerator/.

Put the name of the quiz/exam

Format the questions as follows:

(Multiple Choice - don’t include this line)

1. Which of the following is a prime number?

a) 4

*b) 5

c) 6

(True/False - don’t include this line)

1. 3 is a prime number.

True

(Essay Question - don’t include this line)

1. Tell me your life story.

(Fill in the blank - don’t include this line)

blank 1. Two plus two equals _____.

a. Four

b. 4

(Matching - don’t include this line)

match 6. Match the chapters with their topics.

a) Chapter 13/Exception Handling

b) Chapter 16/File Processing

c) Chapter 10/OOP & Classes

d) Chapter 15/Chars, C-Strings, & the String Class

e) Chapter 12/Not covered in this class

Click Generate Test Questions – will turn green if done correctly. Will show red if something needs to be fixed

Click Download Question Pool – this will produce a zip folder

Go to LearningHub

Click on the Gear icon next to Turn Editing click on more

Choose Import under Question Bank

Choose Blackboard

Drag the zip folder into the box for the import questions

Click import
