Biography

Lileen joined the DLiT staff in March of 2018 as an Instructional Facilitator and moved to the position of Online Quality Assurance Specialist in June of 2018. She assists in managing the Instructional Facilitator team and works alongside various levels of staff and faculty on projects to ensure the quality and consistency of online classes at Andrews.

Lileen has worked in the field of online adult education since 1996. She has taught thousands of online undergraduate and graduate level students online and in ground classes in the fields of business, communications, adult education and e-business. She has held several positions where she was responsible for quality in the online classroom and has experience training and mentoring new online faculty, facilitating online faculty development workshops, managing and conducting online faculty peer reviews and creating resources for online faculty. She has also been involved in managing and assessing student learning outcomes.
