Developed the Recruitment, Retention, and Public Relations Department
of Andrews Academy to the point where it made a significant and meaningful
contribution to the institution’s program.

Served as Executive Producer of the Feast of Lights, the Andrews
Academy’s annual major production for the community. As such, I took a
chaotic situation and turned into a well-organized and executed event.

Developed course outlines which have been designed to give order to
the lives of students taking social studies and teacher preparation
courses.

Served on the Andrews Academy Calendar Committee which organizes the
entire school program.
