Proposal

To create an annotated bibliography of current literature on assessment and evaluation in educational settings.

	To participate in the development, writing, and implementation of an assessment system for the Andrews University School of Education.
	To create a portfolio handbook for candidates in the Teacher Preparation Program at Andrews University.
	To create rubrics for the courses I teach in the Teacher Preparation Program at Andrews University.
	To update the Student Teaching Midterm and Final Evaluation Forms so they are in alignment with the elements of the Conceptual Framework in the School of Education at Andrews University.
	To create a rubric on the assignment given to Student Teacher at Andrews University which assesses their ability to have a positive impact on K-12 learning.

To write a reflective piece on my growth in the areas of evaluation and assessment.
