MUSHROOM TURNOVERS
   
Wrappers  
8oz cream cheese
1 1/2c flour
1/2c butter
Filling  
1/2 lbs

minced mushrooms

1/4c sour cream
1tsp salt
1/4tsp thyme
3tbs margarine for sauteing
2tbs flour to thicken filling
Eggwash  
1 egg, beaten for egg wash
Instructions  
- beat cream cheese, flour, butter
- roll, wrap, refrigerate 1hr
- saute mushrooms and onion
- add sour cream, salt, thyme, flour
- roll dough 1/8" thick
- cut circles 2 3/4" diameter
- be careful not to rework to death
- place filling in 1/2 of circle
- seal w/fork
- put egg wash
