Nutrition Science & Dietetics

We offer a four bachelor's degree to get you started on a career in the nutrition and dietetics field or we have an option for students who want to pursue a medical degree to get their undergraduate degree with the focus on nutrition.
Our program and classes emphasize preventive health and vegetarian nutrition.
Our Dietetics Program (DPD) prepares you for a dietetic internship and to pass the comprehensive exam. You'll complete 200 hours of relevant volunteer work, as well as a portfolio prior to graduation.
Our program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Applying to this program is a two part process: students must first apply to Andrews University and again in their Junior year to the Nutrition and Dietetics Program.
Students must have a gpa of 3.0 to be admitted into the program

Complete your application by July 15 for the fall semester or November 15 for the spring semester.
