• Be admitted and registered as a new full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate student.
• Be eligible for denominational tuition assistance under applicable North American Division (NAD) working policy. 
• Receive denominational tuition assistance equal to at least 70% of Andrews University undergraduate tuition from the sponsoring conference, union, division, or other approved denominational employer.
• Reside in Andrews University residential housing unless otherwise approved by the University. 
• Complete and submit the 2026-27 Financial Information Sheet.
• Maintain continuous enrollment and satisfy all applicable University academic, enrollment, and scholarship renewal requirements. 
• Students receiving less than 70% of Andrews University undergraduate tuition through denominational tuition assistance are not eligible for the Andrews Denominational Tuition Guarantee but may be considered for other institutional scholarships and grants.

SUMMER SESSION

• You will need to be financially cleared before your classes begin.
• Login to Registration Central and check off all boxes to clear youself.
• Contact your financial advisor if you have questions.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Cash or check payments can be made in person at the cashier window during cashier business hours.
• US credit cards and free electronic check payments can be made online in TouchNet.
• Wire transfers/foreign credit cards can be made online via Flywire or TransferMate.
• International payments can be made online via Flywire (credit cards, bank transfers, online banking, and local payment apps).

EXPECTING A REFUND?

• Summer has three sessions; May, June, and July.
• Financial aid will post once minimum enrollment credits have been met..
• In TouchNet, the "Estimated Financial Aid" line on your landing page, will go away.
• Your balance will show a credit. (Example: -$2,000.00)
• Once that happens, go to the eRefund page and request a refund for Summer 202631.
  • You can check FinAid SSB to see when your last refund requested was submitted.
• When your refund is processed, you will get an email notification from TouchNet.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid has opened for the 2026-27 aid year. Students and contributors can now complete the form using 2024 tax information. Finanical aid forms will be available on our SFS website shortly.
