Celebrate Chinese New Year (Year of the Rat) at the Terrace Cafe from 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. with Chinese cuisine. Menu items include egg drop soup, homemade egg rolls, fried dumplings, broccoli "beef," General Tsao's chicken, Buddha's delight, whole green beans with garlic sauce, lo mein, jasmine rice, Chinese salads, tangerines, and Chinese pastries, desserts, and buns.
