Organ and Vocal Concert

Presented by Linda Mack and Julia Lindsay

Linda Mack, organist, will be joined by soprano Julia Lindsay-Grenon in presenting a concert of music for organ solo, and voice and organ on Sunday June 8 at 4 pm, at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Corner of Court and Market Steets, St. Joseph. The program will include the music of Bach, Brahms, and Vierne, and will particularly feature music composed by Andrews Professor Emerita, Blythe Owen (1898-2000).

Linda Mack is the music librarian for the James White Library and Julia Lindsay-Grenon is director of vocal studies for the Department of Music.

This concert is the fourth and final concert in a series of Spring Organ Meditations celebrating the renovation and expansion of the Trinity Lutheran Church's Casavant pipe organ. A freewill offering will be collected. For more information please call 471-3114.
