Second Sunday Concert

Choral Invitational

The Second Sunday Concert Series presents I Cantori (pronounced: ee-cantoree) under the direction of Jonathan Wall. The repertoire will include selections from “Mass in D” by Joseph Haydn, “Libera Me” by Lajos Bardos and O Magnum Mysterium by Morten Lauridsen. Guest violinist Sedric Benson will perform with I Cantori on “Five Hebrew Love Songs” by Eric Whitacre. Singing in the second half of the concert is Canta Bella conducted by Monica Pavel, and Pioneer Men’s Chorus under the direction of Delmar Freire and Anwar Ottley.

The one-hour concert will begin at 4 p.m., March 8, 2009, in the Howard Performing Arts Center on the campus of Andrews University.
