Female Student Looking for Single-Occupancy Apartment

I am a 21-year-old female undergraduate student entering my last year at Andrews. I am looking for a single occupancy apartment for the 2015-16 school year. I would like for it to be close to the Andrews University campus and have decent kitchen space. I would also like a place that allows small pets, but this is not a necessity.
