Alice Lankford, 97, of Berrien Springs, passed away at home on Thursday, April 16, 2015. Miss Lankford taught in the Adventist school system for 37 years. She retired from teaching at Ruth Murdoch Elementary School in 1983. She was an inspiration and held a special place in her heart for her students.
Friends are invited to gather to remember and celebrate her life. A memorial service will be held Sunday, June 28, at 3 p.m., at the Michiana Fil-Am SDA Church in Berrien Springs. A light supper will follow.
