JJ Heller to Perform at the Howard Center

On Sunday, Sept. 20, at 7 p.m., the Howard Performing Arts Center will present contemporary Christian artist JJ Heller as part of the 2015–2016 Howard Center Presents… season.

JJ Heller’s passion for creativity led her to pick up a guitar in college and become a Christian singer/songwriter. Some of her most popular songs include “Deeper,” “I Dream of You,” “Loved,” “Painted Red,” “What Love Really Means,” “When I’m With You,” and “Your Hands.”

Heller has recorded six full-length albums and performed faith-based folk songs with her collaborator/guitarist/producer/husband David Heller for the past 12 years. Her folksy and whimsical style makes her music the perfect choice for accompaniment as brides walk down the aisle or as the background melody as new mothers hold their babies for the first time.

Tickets are $22 for premium seating and $18 for seats in the rest of the house. They can be purchased online at howard.andrews.edu or at the box office by calling 888-467-6442. Tickets are also available on the Howard Center Facebook page or by downloading the Walletini app on your smart phone.

This concert is sponsored by the Andrews University Student Association.
