The Office of Human Resources will be hosting the viewing of a webinar for faculty and staff titled "Strategies for Defusing & Responding to Difficult and Disruptive People." This webinar will discuss how to address problems that are seen in multiple functional areas of campus, and provide resources and strategies that can be used in the higher education setting.
