Begin 2016 with CYB Group Training & achievable goals at the Lamson Health Club! Instead of resolutions, believe in achievable goals that will help you succeed and realize your personal best! Three times a week and you will see noticeable results. This individualized program will help you to reach your fitness goals: slim down, firm up, get stronger, and improve balance while you tone and shape your entire body. Class times are Sunday at 9am, Tuesday at 6pm, and Thursday 6pm. Note: AU employees will be reimbursed up to 50% for the cost of the program.
