You Need A Guide!
Presenter: John Nay
A hiker’s need for a guide in unfamiliar territory is similar to our need for a Guide in life. John Nay has enjoyed hiking in the mountains of several countries, but he has learned that a guide is vital and potentially life-saving. Come to hear a bit more about the parallels.
John and his wife were with the United States Foreign Service for over 36 years and have lived and worked in eight countries on four continents. John has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, Mt. Fuji, Mt. YuShan, and two years ago trekked to Everest Base Camp. Early mountain experiences without a guide, however, almost ended in disaster and provided food for thought about the importance of having a Guide.
