Take Off Pounds Sensibly Club Celebrates 55 Years

TOPS Club, Inc. (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) Chapter Michigan 0233, Berrien Springs will celebrate their 55^th anniversary on July 22, 2016. A celebration will be held at United Methodist Church on Tuesday, July 26, from 6–7:30 p.m. Join them to hear a special program on how support can assist in weight loss efforts and also how a member of their own chapter lost over 50 pounds. Those unable to attend this anniversary celebration are welcome to attend another meeting without obligation any Tuesday at the same time and location.
