Join Nestor Galla on November 3rd where he will be playing his piano concert “Raising from the dust”.
All the pieces played are composed by Nestor Galla. A diverse list of musical pieces with dramatic and romantic themes Nestor evokes a passion for life with his music.

Unlike other musicians who graduated from well established music schools, Nestor Galla forged his piano skills himself. A self taught pianist, nevertheless he prefers to be recognized as a composer. Born in Dominican Republic, descendant of a French American family, he was blessed to have a father who played the piano, the guitar and had a privileged singing voice. Besides that his father Mr. Ernesto J. Galla, was a marvelous composer and much of his music is still played today.

Nestor Galla, started composing from a very young age. However his education was in the field of literature and theology.

For four years he founded and directed a Christian ministry named “La Voz de Orión” (the Voice of Orion) for which he composed many songs and wrote fifty two articles about the life of Jesus. He wrote a short story named “From Caterpillar to Butterfly” and recorded a Christian musical production as a singer in 1991.

He has a love for music and puts all his passion into his work. Today he is working on a classic music production for piano entitled “Raising from the dust” which will be available on Nov 1st 2016.

Life has taken Nestor through different ventures but one thing has always remained true and that’s his love for his music as a composer.
