Journey To Bethlehem (Live Nativity Program)

The La Porte Seventh-day Adventist Church in La Porte Indiana, is holding their annual Journey to Bethlehem live nativity program. All are welcome to come celebrate the holiday season with us by enjoying this free program Friday and Saturday evening December 2^nd and 3^rd with two showings, one at 6p.m. and another at 7p.m. central time. 

You will be treated to live music as you begin your Journey to Bethlehem. The 45-minute walk will give you a unique look at Mary and Joseph's trip from Nazareth to Bethlehem. You will even see an angel speak to the shepherds, the wise men meet King Herod, Roman soldiers in the marketplace, and visit the Bethlehem Inn where God’s young couple are told there is no room for them. As you see Jesus birthed in an animal stable and realize the way in which the King of the universe came into this world, you just might grasp a deeper meaning to Luke 2:19 “But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart.” 

Come one and all dressed for this outdoor experience and ready to enjoy the sights, sounds and memories that will be made with your family. There will be something for everyone, from live animals to refreshments to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus.
