Third grade students giggled Friday in Benton Harbor as two Andrews University students acted out a chipmunk avoiding a coyote who wants to eat her.
Afterwards, the college students from Berrien Springs led the third graders in a discussion revealing that the chipmunk was able to get away because she keeps everything neat and clean.

Then, the class colored a vocabulary sheet that went along with the story.

It may look like fun and games, but the younger students are learning important reading and comprehension skills, said their teacher, Angelette Barnes, at STEAM at MLK in Benton Harbor.
