Experience world cultures in one day

Our 3rd Annual International Festival will feature a native costume pageant with prizes (limit of two contestants per country). We will have food from various countries and cultures (Panama, Guatemala, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Korea, France, Thailand, China, India, Malawi, Philippines to name a few) as well as a cultural program with singing, dancing, activities you can participate in (making kimchee experience, dress up in a hanbok, play a childhood game, learn different languages etc), and raffle ticket drawings with prizes from various area businesses. Raffle tickets given with admission. Children 12 and under are free. This year we will have dancing from "Girls of Mercy" (Malawi), Korean Fan Dance, Papua New Guinean traditional dance and two dances from Chinese Music and Dance club of Southwest Michigan. We will also have a Brazilian dance, a Puerto Rican dance, a Filipino dance, an Indian dance, a Panamanian dance and a Taekwondo demonstration. Come out and support some good causes, have fun and enjoy some good food. Its a one-of-a-kind event you won't want to miss!
