Passing of Desmond Murray's Father

The following notice was prepared by Desmond Murray about his father, who passed away last week.

On Thursday, June 8th, 2017, God received our father’s last breath.

Hartwell Murray was blood father to us and spiritual patriarch to many throughout his 87-year pilgrimage on earth. In our flesh he is already missed but he forever lives in our spirits and souls. He is not absent from our daily thoughts. We have known him as father, in holy matrimony with our mother, for 57 years.

He leaves behind his love and our mother, five children, six grandchildren and thousands that have been uplifted by his ministry and service. We have been and forever will be proud to call him, our father.

Celebration of this pilgrim’s life will be held at 11am on Thursday, June 22nd, 2017 at the Mt D’or Seventh Day Adventist Church on the island of Trinidad.
