Portfolio Presentation: Wai Chu

On Thursday, May 14, Wai Chu completed the last major milestone in his EdS journey in Higher Education Administration. Wai detailed his own journey, both literal and spiritual, from China to Hong Kong and then to the US, becoming more and more interested in higher education and the opportunity to share his faith with native Chinese from his home country, where the culture remains largely secular and atheist. The Lord has recently blessed Wai and his wife with a new baby, and she sacrificed her sleep for the last several days with their baby so that Wai could remain well-rested for his portfolio presentation. His committee included his advisorJay Brand and his readers: Dr.’s Gregorutti and Dr. Saturne.

 

Wai successfully presented his portfolio, which included an Internship featuring the development of partnerships between two Chinese universities and Andrews University. We wish Wai and his growing family God’s richest blessings as he contemplates the next steps in his journey of service and ministry.
