Andrews Face Masks To Be Delivered

Colleagues,

We've now received our reusable face masks for employees returning to on-campus work over the next several weeks and for students returning to in-person instruction next month.

Our Campus Safety team will deliver masks to campus departments over the next few days, and department supervisors will deliver masks to individual faculty/staff.

Each department will receive a bag of individually wrapped masks. The department-specific bag contains a packing list to confirm the names of employees to receive a mask. This list is important to follow as some employees work in multiple departments but will receive their masks from only one department.

The University is providing two masks to each employee and student (student masks will be distributed as students arrive on campus for COVID-19 testing). Replacement or additional masks are not available through the University.

With Andrews and State of Michigan guidelines, each of us will be expected to wear masks when we are indoors on campus and when we are outdoors and physical distancing is not possible. Thank you in advance for this important step in helping to assure a safe community as Andrews University prepares for the new school year.
