Spring 2021 COVID-19 Testing for Employees

Dear employee,

All employees must complete a COVID-19 test before returning to in-person work assignments this January, even if your current work assignment is off-campus. Click here to reserve an appointment date and time for your mandatory spring COVID-19 test. Instructions on reserving your appointment can be found here. The following are the dates and times for employee testing:

• Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021, from 10 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021, from 10 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Monday, Jan. 11, 2021, from 8:30 a.m.–8 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: Appointments should be made no later than noon the day before your desired testing date. If you encounter any technical difficulties while reserving your appointment, please email covid19@andrews.edu. In the event that you need work accommodations to allow for testing, please contact Lilian Akawobsa at employment@andrews.edu.

If for medical reasons you need an alternative testing method other than the nasopharyngeal procedure, please complete this form to request an alternative testing method off-campus at your own expense.
