(ST. JOSEPH)—Community members are invited to join Jaclynn Jackubowski, FNP, of Lakeland Heart and Vascular for a free, online seminar titled “Living with heart failure?" The seminar will be held virtually at two different times: Monday, Feb. 15, from 6–6:30 p.m. and Tuesday, Feb. 16, from 12–12:30 p.m. Participants will be emailed a link on how to join and can ask questions during the event.

During the seminar, Jackubowski will review risk factors for heart failure and discuss the importance of lifestyle modifications, what to expect after a diagnosis, and medical devices that may be necessary for treatment.

"Paying close attention to your body and how you feel every day, can prevent a problem from getting too severe," said Jackubowski. "New daily routines, lifestyle changes and medicine can also help ease the symptoms of heart failure."

A valid email address is required to register. For more information, or to register, call 269-927-5361 or visit lakelandheart.com/CHF.
