Sunday Music Series: Ian Hobson, Pianist

World-renowned pianist and conductor Ian Hobson returns to the Howard Performing Arts Center stage for an afternoon of musical inspiration. Hobson is a much sought-after judge for national and international competitions such as the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, the Arthur Rubinstein Competition, and the Leeds Piano Competition. He will be performing solo works and will also be joined by Andrews University piano faculty Chi Yong Yun as they perform works for four hands.

You should not attend events if symptomatic or if you meet Health Department criteria for isolation or quarantine. Wearing of masks is encouraged.

The University is continually monitoring transmission data for the area as well as recommendations from both local and federal agencies.  The University may alter mitigation protocols to address changes in risk. This could include requiring the wearing of masks/face coverings and up to canceling or postponing an event.
