Call for Papers - 19th Music & Worship Conference

We're excited and honored to publish a Call for Papers for the 19th Annual Music & Worship Conference.

This amazing event takes place Feb. 17–19, 2022.

Title: Healing Together—Hebrews 10:24–25

Hybrid Event: We invite paper proposals that reflect on how gathering together to worship promotes healing from the scars and wounds of the pandemic, life and sin.

When will we consider ourselves healed? When will we get back to normal? We encourage scholarship from many disciplines, including but not limited to biblical studies, theology, liturgy, and musicology.

Presenters are encouraged to present their papers in person but may also present virtually. Registration is free for all presenters. Paper presenters are responsible for room and board.

Proposals must be submitted in MS Word, no more than 250 words. Please do not include any self-identification on the proposal. Papers must be written in Chicago/Turabian style.

Paper proposals due by Nov. 1, 2021. Submit to icwm@andrews.edu.
