Financial Records Closed to Public July 11-29
Financial Records will closed to the public from July 11 through July 29. Accounts Payable, Firms and Travel & Expense submissions will be processed as usual during this time.
A cashier will be available on a limited basis on Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment only between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
For paper submissions to Accounts Payable, Firms and Travel & Expense there will be baskets placed at the front of the department which will be checked regularly. Deposits can be dropped in the little safe, next to the main lobby doors right outside the department, and will be collected daily.
