Welcome to Season III, Episode 6, of Environmental Fridays ... it is personal.

Join us this upcoming Friday, Oct. 21, 2022, for Environmental Fridays, Episode 6, at 9:30 a.m. EST to listen and learn about "Reversing Urbanization: The Ox Creek Improvement Project" by Deputy Executive Director Marcy Hamilton of Southwest Michigan Planning Commision. This project is a major current undertaking in the City of Benton Harbor.

Our co-host for Episode 6 is Alex Little, director of Community and Economic Development for the City of Benton Harbor.

Guest Speaker Bio
Marcy Hamilton is the Deputy Executive Director/Senior Planner at the Southwest Michigan Planning Commission. She has worked in southwest Michigan for over 20 years on water quality, community and economic development, and parks and trails. Marcy serves on and advises many different non-profit organizations: Two Rivers Coalition, St. Joseph River Watershed Council, Friends of Berrien County Trails, Preserve the Dunes, Partnership for MEANDRS (Meeting the Ecological and Agricultural Needs of the Dowagiac River System) and Southwest Michigan Sustainable Business Forum. Marcy holds a bachelor's degree in biology and environmental studies from Ohio Northern University and a Master of Environmental Science from Miami University, Ohio.
