Learning How to Cope and Recover From Loss
April 13, 2023
6–7:30 p.m.

Unfortunately, the longer we live the more likely we will experience a loss. Whether it involves the death of a loved one, divorce or changes in health or finances, we all experience conflicting feelings caused by a change in familiar patterns of behavior. Experiencing a loss produces normal reactions but can at times affect our ability to adapt and recover from it. This workshop is designed to provide attendees with the necessary skills to cope and recover from any loss in a more healthy and adaptive manner.

The first 20 people who sign in at the workshop will receive a free book, "The Grief Recovery Handbook" (one book per family).

How to Raise Self-disciplined, Responsible, and Socially Skilled Children and Teens in Today's World
April 6, 2023
6–7:30 p.m.

Parenting in today’s world is very demanding. On the other hand, it is even more difficult to be a child in a society full of influences and sources of distraction that can affect their thinking, feelings and behaviors. This workshop is designed to support parents in successfully raising children and teens who are responsible, self-disciplined and socially skilled.

The first 10 people who sign in at the workshop will receive a free book, "Emotionally Intelligent Parenting" (one book per family).
