"Black people have the highest death rate for cancer overall," according to the CDC. What can be learned? What can be done? Is there any hope? Don't miss "Cancer and the Community" as part of the North American Division/Inter-American Division Black History Sabbath. The event will take place on Saturday, Feb. 17, 2024 at 2 p.m. EST. MASDAC (Michiana African Seventh-day Adventist Church) is located at 300 S. Mechanic St., Berrien Springs, MI 49103.

All are graciously welcomed to an all-day fellowship starting at 10 a.m. Come for faith, stay for food. Don't neglect to bring your culture's representative potluck dish(es) to share. The "Cancer & the Community" afternoon program follows at 2 p.m. and includes video, discussion, music, readings and more!
