When guests visit Andrews University, making their way through the endless rows of parked cars and looking at unrecognizable academic buildings, they are relieved when they are warmly greeted by a new face with a very familiar name—Shelly Erhard.

Shelly has faithfully served Andrews from various departments on campus for the past 25 years, including physical therapy, Campus & Student Life and, thankfully, Student Visits. When the Student Visits team thinks of Shelly, they think of a friend who is organized, independent, hilarious, the life of the party, strong, prayerful and the greatest of all time. Shelly is no ordinary employee. She is someone with a gift for making us laugh and who motivates us to do our best, even when times are tough.

Here’s to you, Shelly! You’re not just the life of the party—you’re the heart and soul of Andrews to your colleagues and guests. We look forward to working with you for another 25 years.
