Adjunct Professor of Religion, Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary
Arlyn Drew has a rich academic background which includes a Doctor of Medicine, Master of Divinity, Master of Business Administration and doctoral degree. As an Andrews University adjunct professor, she has taught at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Arlyn has a mother’s heart and knows how comprehensive student needs are. She will surprise them with snacks—and even meals—much to their delight and grateful appreciation. Invitations to her home for fellowship have strengthened the bonds among class members and with their teacher.
Seminary student evaluations have rated Arlyn as an outstanding teacher. Students often comment on her excellence in teaching and the passion with which she communicates and connects with her audience. Other comments include her great ability to integrate theological and philosophical ideas with spiritual significance; additionally, her clarity of thought and depth of insight into theological topics are valued by her students.
