From Aspiring Farmer to Global Gospel Sensation

Kevin “K-Anthony” Fowler, an award-winning contemporary gospel singer, is navigating a busy day at Andrews University in Michigan. Originally from Trelawny, Jamaica, Kevin is juggling family, studies, and a flourishing music career. Just two months ago, he received a Juno Award for Christian/Gospel Contemporary Album of the Year for his album, Arrow. This achievement was a monumental moment for Kevin, who never imagined he would reach such heights in the music industry.

Born in Falmouth, Jamaica, Kevin comes from a long line of farmers and shares a deep connection to the land through his family’s agricultural legacy. Raised in a Seventh-day Adventist household, Kevin learned early on the importance of faith, food, and spirituality. A near-death experience at the age of 11 while swimming in the sea left a profound impact on him and solidified his belief in God’s presence and protection. This life-altering event set Kevin on a path that would ultimately lead him to music and ministry.
