Student Voter Info and Registration Drive
Learn about the right to vote and how to become a registered voter
Election Day, Nov. 5, 2024, will be the first opportunity for many students to vote in a presidential election. We want to ensure that everyone who is eligible to vote has the ability to do so.
Watch for the upcoming voter information and registration activities:
Sept. 17: Constitution Day/Voter Information Day
Stop by our table in the Campus Center from 12:30–2 p.m. to learn more about the right to vote, who can vote, how to vote and where to vote.
Sept. 24: Cocurricular Short Course Session
Come to our workshop on "Everything You Need to Know About Voting" in Nethery Hall, Room 200, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. Cocurricular credit offered for undergraduate students.
Oct. 1, 2, 3, 7, 8: Non-Partisan Voter Registration Drive
Whether your home is in Michigan or you live in Michigan while going to school at Andrews University, you are eligible to vote in Michigan if you 1) are a United States citizen and 2) will be 18 years old before Election Day, Nov. 5, 2024.
Come to our booth in the Campus Center (open 11 a.m.–2 p.m.) and become a registered voter in Michigan!
If your home is elsewhere and you plan to register and vote in another state, we recommend learning more about the absentee voting process in your state by going here or attending our Sept. 17 & 24 events.
