Fitness Class Bingo Challenge

The free event is for the whole family and will feature local businesses and campus departments providing activities, samples and services geared towards health and wellness. Enjoy time with a trained therapy dog, a chair massage or a delicious treat from BOBA. Students in attendance can enter to win an Apple Watch.

Self-Defense Class

Sunday, Sept. 29, 3:30 p.m. and 5:15 p.m.
Join us to learn life-saving self-defense skills and get a great workout! Physical therapist and self-defense expert, Aristede Dukes, will instruct participants in Krav Maga style techniques that can be utilized effectively in a life-or-death situation. This event is open to the community, and spots are limited. Please note this is the same class twice. Participants may sign up for one session only. Duplicate entries will be canceled. Sign up here. Black Light Spin

Experience a great spin workout like never before! Don't forget to wear your favorite white and neon exercise attire. Attendance counts towards Fitness Class Bingo. To attend, you must have your Andreasen Center membership activated and register for the class in advance.

4x4 Co-ed Volleyball Tournament - Presented by the AU Women’s Volleyball Team

Center Campus Lawns (by Campus Center and Lamson Hall), 2 p.m.

To register, email Coachi Richie, rsilie@andrews.edu, no later than Wed. Oct. 2 at 10  p.m. with your team name, captain’s cell phone number and roster names and emails. Teams may have four people max, and must have at least one person of each gender. Cost to play is $15/team or $5/person. Funds will benefit the new women’s volleyball team.
