Sermon Title: The King Was Born
In the darkest time of the history of the world, there was the ray of light coming from Heaven, Jesus Christ, the long awaited Messiah, the King was born! Heaven could not hold the good news to themselves! There was a star over Bethlehem to point the wise men to the Good News! Little did they know that the news was good for them and bad for all in the city of Jerusalem. It happens a lot: you come to your own, but your own does not receive you. The Word became flesh and His own did not notice that—only the Gentiles did.
