Student housing within a Staff house. We are looking for two male students that need housing. Our house is walking distance from campus, not far from Melendez. Each room is $500, with a deposit of $100 and last months rent.
Included:
All utilities, washer and dryer use, shared kitchen, shared bathroom between the two rooms, High speed internet.
Please, no animals.
Looking for people that are neat and keep things orderly. Lease would be signed for agreed upon time frame.
