It is my pleasure to serve Andrews University as an online Instructor for School of Public Health, Nutrition and Wellness in the college of Health Human Services. I am originally from New Orleans, LA and have been a Registered Dietitian for over 40 years. I earned a BS degree in Dietetics from Andrews University in Berrien Springs MI, Dual MS degree in Clinical Nutrition and Nutrition Education from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago IL, and a doctorate of Public Health (DrPH) from Loma Linda University in CA. I began my carreer as a clinical dietitian and gradually migrated to the academic environment because of my love for teaching. My teaching experience includes orchestrating and delivering several courses in Nutrition and Public Health via various modalities, including face-to-face classrooms, zoom lectures, hybrid format, and fully online. I also worked several years as a Didactic program in Dietetics Director. Overall, I enjoy working with students regardless of the course arena.
