This tool shows Andrews University courses equivalencies in the past. As this is an archival reporting tool, please note that what may have been equivalent years ago may be different now as course outcomes and course offerings at either institution regularly change. Credits are officially evaluated by the Records Articulation Office at the time of articulation. On your IVUE page click View University Academic Record to see all Andrews University and transferred credits as well as any form of credit for prior learning approved.
NOT FOUND? Transcripts from accredited institutions are evaluated by the Admissions and Credential Evaluation teams in order to make admission decisions. When the Credential Evaluation Office is unable to determine the academic level or articulation of transfer credits, applicants may be advised to submit their transcripts to an external validation service. (See undergraduate and graduate country-by-country guidelines.) If transfer credit is expected and more than a semester has past, please alert your academic advisor, naming the specific transcript you do not see evaluated yet, then follow up on the actions you take together with your advisor. Be sure to note college credits earned during high school (dual enrollment, AP exams with scores of 4 or 5, international baccalaureate, A-level, etc.). Transcripts from unaccredited institutions should be discussed with your academic advisor in the first semester, as credit for prior learning options may apply.
ALERT! Be sure to discuss taking courses at other institutions with your academic advisor before you do so. A transient form is required for each registration elsewhere after you are admitted to an Andrews University program of study.
